    Sorry, unexpected funeral popped up. Capacity is 8 - 8.5 quarts. Here it is compared to a regular turbo pan and a turbo Riviera pan. It has a side bung that I used for the Preluber. It’s powder coated but obviously scratched up from moving it around storage and never bottomed out or dented.
