I have seen Regals without the hole, but they were all altered fenders. I have never seen an OEM one with no hole.

I always just make sure everything is very clean, and use the copper spray. First Two i did without the spray leaked, so I always use it now.

The kit is designed to spray when the signal wire sees voltage from the map, unless you have an issue with the map signal, map power, or map ground I can't see why it'd be spraying. Where are you getting signal from? what type of map sensor are you using? Check the "test" button, may be it's...

The one that is in my buddy's '97 needed custom a fuel line (to use the stock f-body lines) some motor mounts, and a wiring harness from Caspers. The car also has a custom 3" downpipe. You can call Aggressive Peformance in Michigan, Bruce has done a couple of them .

I spread the layers and spray them with copper with the rivets in tact.
