Pics of my GN with new 19" wheels

Thanks for the reply. But what do you do about the factory studs? Surely they are longer than 1" and would partrude through the adapter. Basically, I'm wondering what you had to do to make the adapters work properly, I understand what they do, i.e. put them over your studs and re-use the studs...

Pics of my GN with new 19" wheels

How much backspacing did the wheels have? And could you snap a picture of the adapters on the hub without the wheel? Or explain what you did with the factory studs and adapter? Also the thickness of the spacer would be great as well. I'm almost trying to do the same thing, I made a thread about...

    BBS wheels, 5 series BMW

Hi, I've found BBS 2 piece wheels from a 540 bmw. The guy that owns the wheels measured for me over the phone, and he said the backspacing looks about 5.5". The wheels are 17x9 with 235/45/17 tires on them. So he says. Now, how much of a spacer will I require to have these wheels work? Also...

    Setting clock on JVC Deck???

Hold the "SEL" button, then to change the hr/mins turn the dial, use track selection buttons to change from hr to min IIRC.. if its not the track buttons that allows you to change from hrs to mins then just fiddle with it, its either the display button that will do it, or hitting SEL again.

    tire size

I'm running 15x7 front with a 205/60/15 front tire and out back it's a 15x8 with a 265/50/15 tire. Backspacing is 3.75" all around on a 84 Cutlass. http://www.oldspower.com/vb/showthread.php?t=23576 is a link to a few pics I posted for another thread.

    failed ont test

If it won't take you long to do, I'd say yes, hassle free. I know a guy putting on stock exhaust manfiolds, intake with EGR, cats, the works, just to pass his Camaro. lol. If you can do that stuff yourself in under a couple hours I'd say ya just do it.

    new door skins or doors

FYI, I have a 84 Cutlass, took the chrome trim off last month for paint, and the only rust there was, was very minimal along the bottom of the doors edge. Other than that, all you had to do was cut off some of the studs holding the plastic on and tack weld any holes. Saving $400 on 2 doors just...

    Body Bushings

Dang, nasty crash. Wondering what it entailed to replace the body bushings. Scale of 1-10 whats the difficulty? Do you just simply need to losen where the body bushings are held to place, or do you have to take off all the grounds. control arms, all that buisness. Thanks.

    failed ont test

If you're referring to failing a smog test, this is the last year you'll need it so just find somewhere that will pass you "close enough". They also sell that stuff at Canadian tire that's an additive that's supposed to clean up while you take the test, might wanna spend $20 and try that too.
