So I can get an ecm and it will plug right into mine and work?

Are the powerlogger and the SD chip compatible with my "stock" hotair buick. If not what mods are required. Also can I buy this chip and tune it myself or do I have to send it to him everytime I want to make a change.

Thanks for the info i was curious about this myself. I believe that I'm going to go with a homemade all stainless setup, exiting before the passenger tire.

It took literally 3 minutes to weld the plug up and grind it back down semi-smooth. And another 10 minutes to make the plate out of aluminum. I don't know the effects of the block off plate and plug, but I'm excited about it. :-)

Hey guys, I had to tear the engine apart again in order to replace my lifters. So I figured I would make a EGR block off while I was at it and this is what I came up with. It should work right? Took my cruise control, and the metal vacuum tree off too. New turbo to intake bell seals too...

I wish my shit looked like that. I have a brand new cam in my car, 212/212, has about 70 miles on it. However I have a lifter that wont stop ticking... when you say that it should be replaced with the cam, that shouldn't apply to a car with 70 miles on the rebuild right?

what year is this downpipe for? i been looking fo a downpipe to fit my hotair buick... im rather confused i thought all the t types were the same but i guess not. i just got an 84 and cant find many parts for it.
