turbo question

Just wondering if the turbo needs rebuilding. I have not taken it apart, but when i left off the gas if makes a weird noise. Just wondering if maybe its normal or if its rubbing.

If it's the sound I think it is it's normal on our cars.

If its like a whirlbeling noise when you get out of boost quickly, its normal.
Anybody else have a better explanation of "the sound"?

I guess it kinda sounds like a higher pitch tooting / chugging sound....
