Need Tire opinions .

Gentlemen. My Good Year Eagle GT 2"s are approaching 20 years old. Not dry rot but old. Its time for some new rubber. On the car now is P235/60R15's. Tonight I'm going to buy some BF Goodridge tires. If I can't have my Good Year's I can Deal with BF Goodridge. Question is, White letters on the inside or out? I know our cars came with white letters in. Let me know. Maybe post some pics. Thanks

I would stick with black wall out since that's what you're use to. If you went with white letter out you're probably going to second guest your decision everytime you look at the tires. If any consolation when I removed my OEM tires , I replaced with BFG black wall out.

I ordered my ‘86 GN in May 1986 and white letters out was an option, which I ordered. A year later I went with 255/50’s on 16X8.5 wheels. The 16” BFG Comp TA’s only came in black wall and that’s all I’ve had since, first in 16’s, then 17’s and now 18’s.

Not really a fan of the Coopers. Sure they are cheaper but constructed with a hard compound. TS"s are softer. better grip. Just my Experience.
