MAF

I have read about some guys switching out a MAF . Is it easy or possible to clean the MAF? Any videos of anyone doing this?
I have hesitation and loss of power when you are not on the gas or start to hit the gas. Fuel filter is new, gas treatment (Marvel) just wondering if the MAF is dirty.

They sell MAF cleaner. It is a spray. Worth a try. I simpy eliminated the stock MAF and went translator and LT1. Car runs better that with the stock MAF. Good luck.

If you are still fooin with the stock maf or a stock replacement maf, do yourself a favor and heed the above advise. Get a translator and newer style maf. Set the translator switches for the maf you install and move forward. Original maf are a known problem.
