Thinking way ahead ?

well guys i just bought a nice tig wealder and am looking at making a passenger side header and new bracket for the alternator to relocate the turbo and run a i/c intake on my car (could be intercooled or not) , i am a novice at welding and know this is a huge project but just wanted to know who would be interested in this same setup if i pulled this off and could reproduce it ?may be a ways down the road but if i do it wright could be very nice.

you can get so decent new headers on ebay for 200 and just modify the pass
side

why would you want to do that. if it where me i would get a good set of used 86-87 headers and crossover bolt them up get a intake from a 87 and get all the pullys and front accessories intercooler and throttle body of a 87 and you have your conversion.
