The motor was just rebuilt stock with a new TE-44, FPS intercooler, 40lb. inj., 307 hot wired pump, adj. FPR, has test pipe with dump, and Direct Scan but I still need a laptop to run it.

I am going to put a Mease 3" dp with cat and eventually alky inj. Right now I am just going to work on tuning. It feels strong but I know there is more in it because it is running rich. I will leave it rich until I can get a laptop and start learning how to tune. Don't want to blow up a fresh motor.

Cool i have a limited also same color as yours but i have a bench seat and the shifter on the column. It's a sleeper.

I got it from DFAST1 off this board. He lives down just outside of Sedalia, Missouri.

I should be out cruising the car in a month or so. I need to get it up to emissions legality for up here. I also want to get a nice alarm on it before I take it out too much. It's got some minor bugs to work out but the car is exactly what I was looking for. I can wait for Spring time.

Also, if you guys go out looking for some "exhibitions of speed" on the local 2-lane...be very careful. Johnny Law is going crazy again since that girl got killed in SoCo last month. We almost got arrested in JeffCo @ 2:00am several weeks ago.

As for MAR/GIR, I'm a big fan of MAR. I know it's a pretty boonie track(we saw deer standing in the far side parking lot one morning), it's a great track w/ an awesome pad to launch from. Gateway tended to be pretty crappy last year and the wait was stupid. They changed T/T this year w/ street tires, including drag radials on Tuesday nights and DOT slick/slick tire cars on Wednesday. Too bad they're running the bikes and Jr. Dragsters on Wednesdays too.

ya that girl got killed right out front of my work. those kids were morons. racing on a windy road. the kid that killed the girl was 16 and he got off easy, the kid that didnt wreck got manslaughter charges cause he is an adult. you never know what the person next to you is going to do in a street race. be careful

Yeah, it's real unfortunate what happened, but they weren't even sure that they were street racing. Add to the fact that most of the kids around here won't move around(not race in the same place every weekend), the scene has went to hell pretty quick. It's enough to make a guy go legal.

What's the hours up @ G&M? I need to get some injectors flowed and heard they're a good place to go.

I'll be there most of the weekend. There's a millenium yellow IROC convertible on Z06 wheels that's got two little hairdryers under the hood that I did some wrench time on. I shot these pictures today when we unloaded the car.
