I've change the O2, PVC valve and cleaned the MAF (basically did the whole spring cleaning guide) acouple of months back.

Now to my knowledge the BL's Are pretty low. How do i go about fixing it and is there anything else wrong with these numbers?

ATS(air temp sensor) 140? sounds very high, not sure its the problem though.someone will chime in with more help.

+1 Odd you integrator is adding fuel but your BLM is low subtracting fuel. Did you recently disconnect the battery and the computer is still learning?

I don't know what chip it has where's the location? i though i was on the pasenger side of the car by the dash but what i found looks like it maybe the ECM. I have stock injectors installed.

You have the right location, passenger side kick panel, pull the ecm out of it's holder, you will see a plate with two 1/4" screws, take that plate off and the chip is right there in it's socket.
