When I got mine, the adapter was incorrectly wired and mine didn't turn on either. Does your adapter have the black wires all the way on one side, and red wires all the way on the other side? If so the wiring is wrong. The power wires go in the middle if I remember correctly. Post back how yours looks and I will check on my car to compare tomorrow. Also let me know if you are even using the adapter from Ramchargers.
