I know what your saying I did the same stupid thing ;)

Truthfully the car was more fun running 11.80s with the stock turbo/injector combo on Nittos than it was with PT51/50s and DOTs.

No Lag, No tuning required or chaning tires. Drive to the track pull to the line and run 11s over and over and over.

This is what I am wanting to accomplish. Drive to the track, run 11's and drive home. Or drive on the Power Tour, or wherever I want to take it.

I want to make it as fast as possible, and keep it as stock as possible. I'll never make the 10's, but that's the way it goes.

No problems for me either with a PT51. Drive to the track and air down the Nittos. That's my track prep :) Air them back up to street pressure and head home. Lately, its been a 2.5 hour ride to the track. And there is a track not 20 minutes away...what am I thinking :eek:
