Knock, knock...

I'm experiencing knock at low boost levels. In the neighborhood of 5-10 lbs. I don't hear it, but it appears on my scanmaster and turbolink. I'm using a TT chip, TE-44 turbo, 40 lb injectors, Fp line off is set at 43, upgraded fuel pump and hot wire kit. Here are the numbers

IAC - 104
Lv8 - 243
Tps - 1.70
Int - 128
O2 - 808
Maf - 138
Blm - 116
Spark rtd - 1.9
Rpm - 2950

Any ideas?
 
No, the numbers are not at hot idle. They are at cruise then rolling into the throttle.
 
Get them at hot idle in park. Probably won't solve you knock issues but a sensor may not be adjusted.
 
Here are new numbers recorded with Turbolink. These were recorded with the car in 3rd gear. I lifted off the gas pedal when spark retard appeared. Boost was between 8-10.

Check your voltage at the battery, should be near or over 14V. The scanmaster always reads lower than what the battery is getting, usually by about a volt. Mine reads in the 12s to low 13s when cruising and that is acceptable.

When you get all those oil leaks fixed, please post a thread on "how to fix oil leaks"!!!! I dont think i'll ever get all of mine fixed, especially the one at the driver side taillamp!!!!
 
I cleaned grounds at the back of the block and battery to block. Also, disconnected battery terminal and cleaned wire leads going to them. Good luck.
 
I thought the problem was fixed, but I'm seeing spark retard on Scanmaster and Turbolink. Here are the new #'s at approximately 14 #'s boost. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I didn't have a fuel pressure gauge connected at the time. But, I did test FP to boost a couple of weeks ago and it was 1:1.
