I got my IPO propane kit www.importpoweronline.com last week and have been trying to tune it when I get a chance...work has been busy and it has been wet here in DFW lately. Saturday night around 1:00 a.m. I am out trying to see if I can push the kit past 20psi without getting any knock and me...

Ha ha ha Yes, this is great! Although for the ricer to do a fly-by they usually have to make up 10 or so cars at least, but the alaby (sp?) it provides is genius. Will try it next time. :D

Help?!? Having trouble tuning the propane in. First, I am getting ALOT of false knock now that the kit is in. I will be out of boost (around 15-20HG) driving the car just normally and the Scanmaster bounces around from 2-18 degrees of knock. This can't be possible...I think if it were true...

IPO Kit Propane kit came in Monday and I installed it yesterday. I am leaving right now to tune it and see what gains I will make...look out local Ls1's. :cool:

Is there a converter everyone swears by on this board? I need to buy a new one. When the previous owner had the tranny built the only part he didn't replace was the converter...(don't ask) I want to get a good 10 preferably 9" with a 3000-3200 stall. Any suggestions/links etc... let me know...

Awesome Kudos on the excellent run. I am shooting for the same E.T.'s on pump gas with a similar combo except for the converter and slicks. What converter did you use again and do you have a link to a retailer's site. I can't decide what converter to use or where to buy etc. etc. etc. Maybe...
