OK im rrebuilding my engine. 1. im getting forged pistons but witch ones J&E or TRW's (or should i just stay with the stock ones)? 2. Since im getting forged pistons (or stock) should i also be getting forged rods? 3. Im thinking about a 208/208 cam would i still pass emitions?

Are the stock pistons forged or is it just a good idea to put them in when doing a rebuild? thanks juan

1. Ok my engine is knocking. I removed the intake manfold. The push rods were not bent BUT one of them would spin very easily and it would keep spinning. Most of them had play especially the one that would spin a lot. 2. On the engine block were the push rods come out the silver things...

Just looking over my car and i noticed a vacuum line is missing. The location is on top of the passenger valve cover towards the front of the car. There is another vacuum hose there that is coming from the turbo that connects there or from that general area. Thanks guys for the help.

ok my GN is running at around 190 to 205 degrees keep in mind that i live in las vegas and its around 110 right now. I think i do have a 160 stat becouse when it first gets to around 167 it drops to 165 im think this is when it opens up?
