Has any one read about it? GM really stepped up to plate on this Vett!!! All new frame at least 500 hp, 7 litter, 0-60 in 3.7!!!!! Good Work GM!!!!!!

I have not driven the new Z06 yet, but I hve driven the old regular C6, and believe me, it was a fun ride. It seemed darn fast to me. I can only imagine how fast the new Z06 will be. Wish I had one!

I read that it is going to have an aluminum frame. WoW !!

They took 136.7 lbs out with just the new alum chassis structure
Titanium valves and rods
Twin pump dry sump oiling,
Computer matched cyl head porting,
of course forged crank.
Motortrend is guessing 75K, can't wait to see the markup....

Man 65-75 grand big mistake, the old zo6's were still reasonable. Guess the bald headed old men will be the only one that can afford one.

Thanks for the fix! Is the standard C6 a 6.0L and the Z06 a 7.0L? It looks pretty sweet to me but I stiil like the C5 Z06. It would be tough to part with that kind of coin.

I hope they beefed up the rearend, the current C6 will split the rearend housing if you look at it the wrong way. I know at least 2 people that broke them on street tires
