    Can it support peak/hold injectors on a 4 cylinder engine? I know the Accel DFI 6.0 is old...but I'm just trying to get the car running and sell it (and it would take more work trying to rewire for another ECU)... I understand it has 4 peak/hold drivers so it can on a 4 cyl, but not on an 8...

    Anyone have any problems running the DFI 6.0 with 4 low impedance injectors (batch fire, not sequential)? Norbs sorta answered my question...he said he's never seen one fail...I'm just curious as to why the manual would say that it can only be ran for short periods of time...any input...

    Thanks...I'm glad you brought that up...I have a question, is the "minimum rise time" based on the injector or is it based on the ECM? I see what you mean by not using 850s, I did some calculation and if I put in 850s, I would have to drop my fuel pressure to 27psi in order to keep the same...

    So, if I run just 4 low imped injectors, I should be fine...running 8 could cause failure? Why do you say not to run 83 only 72 for daily...my plans were to run 850cc (about 83) (either hi or low, depending on availability)... Thanks.

    Is my fuel pump bad?

    My external fuel pump always makes a buzzing noise which is normal...but after a long 30-40 minute (hot) drive...the buzzing noise gets VERY loud...after it cools off, it quiets down again...its a NOS external fuel pump if that helps...any ideas?
