Whats the best spark plug?

Whats the best spark plug? I have a 87 GN bone stock with 44000 orig mile that has a rough idle.
There are alot of options for plugs so figured I would throw this out and see what you guys have had the best results with.

If your not adding any more power keep it original R44TS AcDelco. Go over to GNTTYPE.ORG pull up the refferance section look for Spring Cleaning very good stuff there.
Also Vortex Buicks.com lots of good reading.
