The MWBC is always a good place to try some thing new and this year will be no different. Last year we opened THS up a little to see what that would bring. This year the plan is to run THS as the rules are written but after it is over run another race that any TR is welcome to run in. This race will be called a factored race.

Here is how the factored race works any car that wants in will be given a ET difference from a base number that number will be used to figure the difference between two car running down the drag strip at the same time. Think of it like giving the "hit" to somebody on the street. The class will be run on a .400 pro tree.
The class is being run to include ever TR who wants in. Thus a place to race for the person who has a class built car and the TR that fits no other class both. People can point to the potential problems etc with the class but please keep in mind it is for fun and bragging rights.

Take care, Kip

That sounds pretty cool. Would a v8 turbo Buick be able to fit in?

I don't see a problem with it. You have someone in mind that might come? Was hoping maybe Chris and Dave would show up and they could get it on in this class in front of people.

Pro tree bracket race.. Interesting. A THS car running 10.30ish vs a 9.30ish TSM car.. Definately would make for a drivers race
