I just installed an alky system and found that there is very little room under the dash due to what I think is a stock factory "Goodwrench" security system. The box is black and about 6"x 4". There is also a slightly smaller control box mounted beside it.
I want to clean up the area, but am a little hesitant about pulling off the 30 million wires connected to the boxes. Is there an easy way to take off the older system without screwing up the car? I may have to take it to a pro, but I wanted to get some opinions on here first.
