rear end noise??

So I took the GN out yesterday and was driving around when it sounded like I had a flat tire on the rear right tire. My girlfriend was sitting in the back on the right side and said she could feel it under her feet. I pulled over and looked around and didn't see anything out of place. when I drove back home the noise was gone? Any ideas??

where you making a sharp turn ( & slow ) when this happened? My limited slip acts up ( like the rear is fighting itself ) on slow tight turns ( & it's Hot ) so i need to add some limited slip additive.

No I was going straight started after I hit a big bump I think.
