Pushrod help needed!!!

I had a three angle valve job done on my heads. I am putting in a 206/206 or a 212/212 comp cam and neither the heads nor the block surfaces have been touched. Everything is stock. I am using cometics that are .060 thick.
Do I need to use a different sized pushrod?
Is there anywhere I can get stock replacement pushrods(I beleive 8.65 is stock), since 2 of mine are bent?
If not then what size do I need and where is the best place to get them?
Why do some people say that with any new cam you need adjustable pushrods, because the cam should be the same size, except the lobe should just a little larger. But when the valves are closed it should be the same a s a stock cam when the valve is closed...right?

Thanks, James.
