Hello. Although I do not own a Regal, my dad has a 1980 turbo 3.8 monte carlo. The body is rusted and it has been sitting for awhile. I figure the engine might have some potential in another car though. It could be a winter project. But, i like to get my research done first before diving in to anything. Which is why I came here!

I currently drive a 3.8l V6 camaro though. Great car, great engine. 112000 miles and running awesome.

The 1980 monte is prolly a carb'd turbo. Nothing to get worked up about. You need a 86-87 tb motor to be worthy.

Um...Guys, the record for a carb/tubo set up is 12.90. Wanna bet it can't be pushed a little further?
