need help with tuning

is there anywhere i can take this to get it done, because i have no clue what im doing on this thing or someone who can show me how to do it, so i do it right.

What are you working with? Fast Classic, XFI, Big Stuff 3...If your not worried about cost and want it done RIGHT fly someone in. I got my man Jack Cotton to come down here and I wouldnt have done it any different.
