Need help with 214 roller pushrod size

I just need a ball park#. I have 8.150 in it and they are two short"loud as hell" and tried 8.250 to long. I know I need to be in the middle, just woundering what length those of you running 214 rollers have. THX

My Comp 215°/210° roller uses Sealed Power RP3255 3/8" pushrods @ 8.227" length. The vehicle these are spec'ed for is "Sealed Power 454 Truck, 1985-90 hard. Int. 8.227".

The size of the cam is not the determining factor in pushrod length. Every engine will be different, depending on how far the valves were sunk into the head when the valve job was done, how much the heads have been decked and how much the block has been decked. Bottom line is you need to measure. HTH
