low boost pressure

had car in shop for a few months getting painted, pushing 17lbs when it went in, now it won't even touch 10lbs. checked all hoses

How are you controlling your boost pressure? Adjustable wastegate, grainger valve, Electric boost controller, Wastegate solenoid?

There's a small vacuum port which connects to the waste gate vacuum routing that's mounted on top of the passenger side valve cover one of the two hose connections (I believe the one towards the front) on the left side should always be left open. If it's got a vacuum cap on it, your boost will be limited as such.

i have an adjustable factory style waste gate. and factory control solenoid.

i ran the car with factory solenoid unplugged, still no change in boost pressure, it may have been a little lower with the hose, maybe a pound or two, still only getting 9 to 10 pounds
