help with wires

Near the blower motor, under the hood, I have two sets of wires which connect together. Red, Light Blue and Black wires on both sides of the connector. Any idea what this is for?

Also, were exactly can I find the Power Antenna relay? I understand its near the glove box, but where exactly?

The relay should be just to the left of the glove box

the relay should be right above the ECU in the kick panel, if you open the glove box then drop it down by pressing the catch spring on the left side, inside the opening to the right, on the right kick panel you should see or feel the relay.
