Hi all, I need some help!! I just pulled a car fax on the GN I bought in october and the carfax comes up as a t-type. Do they all come up this way or did I get screwed,,,please tell me I didn't,,, Any info would be so helpful.
I have 2 1986 GN's and they both come up as 1986 T-Type's. The first car was bought by my father in 1986 and I bought my second one in 1998. The reason they appear as T-Type's is because Buick didn't have a separate model called the Grand National until 1987. If you are still in doubt you can check the sticker in the trunk with the listing of all of the options the car came with. Just make sure the sticker has the proper vin on it and the option code WE2.
