There was a 5 year run on the 305 cid HIGH OUTPUT engine w/3.73 axle ratio whether cq or cz coded.There were 3 years where the primary weight was actually heavier than the BRF issue governor .This change had no effect on wot shift points but would slightlyaffect light throttle upshifts below 30 mphour if it were interchanged.Most would never even notice because a click above or below optimum tv setting would erase its effect from the shift schedule. I have probably tried 95% of every possible combination of vb and governor combo known and have some gathered great amounts of information.
