Got a boost question...

Interesting....

Got quoted over $12 for the UR-5's...
Wife mentioned it to me..a hissing sound..only when the car is running...adding more stuff to the "missing" 5 lbs of boost. Good Lord, I miss those 5 lbs...Thanks for the replies guys...Just got a tool set as a present, time for the plugs...

Solenoid?

Anyone have a stock solenoid I can borrow for a few minutes to see if mine is shot? Thanks in advance...

Must have a vacuum/air intake leak around your engine if you hear hissing. Check all hoses and look for loose plugs. Perhaps you blew off a vacuum hose as that is quite common.

Thank God For Spouses...

My wife told me, the hissing sounds like radio static without the radio being on...I'm partially deaf so that doesn't help...anyway, after looking everywhere...I found it..the line going into the boost guage and the ground was cut from the parking brake being released, it slams upward against the metal stop...being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and that was the result...THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP FELLAS...
