I own a printing shop. Family own for 30 years and the company has been around for 90 years.

What a neat thread!

After looking at this thread from the beginning, my thought was how many members are still here or still own a turbo Buick?

I owned a few auto repair shops and related businesses for many years, but left the retail end over 20 years ago and set up shop at home to only work on turbo Buicks, and get away the general public who is seldom pleased.

This allows me the freedom to deal with my project cars, race cars, family and have fun mixed in with my "work"!

Aerospace, Quality Control, Statistical Process Control prior to retirement.
Now retired: White turbo Buick trailer park trash.

Aerospace test engineer by day, Exotic car restoration specialist at night, and fit in other various side jobs such as transmission rebuilding and occasional rear end gear set-ups.

Never quite found my passion but I've been involved with cars for as long as I can remember. The list includes mechanical, electrical, a/c, paint, body & frame.

One thing I have noticed about Buick people....at least in our GN club is that most of the members are an intelligent, friendly and diverse group of people overall.

Faceless employee, or Technician for United Rentals. No two days are the same. Get to work on all kinds of equipment. Kind of a jack of all trades master of non. Don't much care for the big boom lifts, the over 100 footers. Don't like heights. Been doing it for 25 years. Owned my gn for 23 years.

GM Electrician in Rochester NY . I fix the machines that make the fuel injectors , fuel rails , truck intake manifolds , & the LOMA plate assembly ( cylinder deactivation ). Getting ready to call it quits right after this contract in September . :)

?? Dept. Of Corrections is the best I can guess, unless you both run daycares.
LOL. Project Manager in the construction industry. The State agency I work for only awards contracts to the lowest bidder. This competitive low bid system attracts many contractors who will bid low to win the contract then try to cheat and cut corners in order to make a profit. Part of my job is to ensure we don't get ripped off by unscrupulous contractors and often times that part of the job feels like adult day care.
