Lower the TPS, and verify the MAF (looks low)
Connect the MAP to the PL analog block, install a 160 deg thermostat and a WB.
Other than that, it looks good!

If that is a TT chip then it shouldn't be in closed loop idle unless this is the first time powered up.

Take it for a spin and log some real runs!

I would turn that screw that most people try to adjust the idle with counter clockwise a bit. As posted above this will lower the TPS voltage a bit and get the IAC off of 9 and up into the 10-30 range. Then check the BLM should be at 128. Seems to be adding fuel, may need to up the fuel pressure a tad.
