Been used once...trying to recoup a little of the cost of this tool.

$50 includes my shipping cost to send to you. You keep it for a week or two and roll your fenders. Then you ship it back to me at your expense.

Shipping costs appear to be $10-15 in 48 states (box is 7" x 12" x 19" and weighs about 18 lbs..my zip code is 47203).

Regards,
Bob

How good does it work and did you cut at all? Any creases in the body panels.

** Edit button is back.

Sent you an email Dave...I just bought this tool about 3 weeks ago...haven't used it myself yet....will do so later this winter.

I rented it from Bob and it does a great job. Tried rolling them before I got
the roller and didn't work out well.

I set the angle of the wheel so it bent the lip halfway up.
Just kept going back and forth while turning the screw out.
Then reset the wheel so it would push it in flat. Repeated the
back and forth while turning the screw. You have to do it in three sections.
9-10:30 / 10:30-1:30 / 1:30-3:00
I started in the 12:00 position
You have to extend the arm a hair 1:30-3:00 right 9/10:30 left because
it's 2" or so longer Car in neutral axle on jackstands. Couldn't do it with
just the jack under the rear. Also be sure to use the top part of the rollers wheel.
If not it may cause damage if it's up to high.
Make sure the bolt that sets the roller wheel angle is tight.
The lug nuts don't have to be tight just snug.

Also I had to bend my lugs/studs a hair so the tool would fit.
It's a tight fit getting that thing mounted.
Might be because I have Weld wheels.

I didn't bother with heating the paint since I already screwed it up.
POR-15 will fix that.

Bob, can you shoot me an e-mail. Im tossing the idea of rolling the lips, didnt want to touch them, but cant keep the car straight without putting a bigger tire on. If I roll them, I want to rent the tool from you. Thanks. turbogta@aol.com

Bob,
Feedback suggests 'even a caveman' can do it. What clearance gains do I achieve? and are front versus rears more/less difficult?
Thanks, DGC
