biggie filter adapter

has any one noticed any leaks after installing biggie adapter.after install
of adapter and new O ring noticed slight leak , oil collecting on ic support
used ac delco ph24 hand tight plus a quater turn .looking for ideas and suggestions.leak was not ther prior to install. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
