ok so im wondering if there is any problems putting a set of old 2.02 or 1.94 double humps on a 80's 305??

NO you cannot use the large valve heads on the chevy 305 v8, the bore is too small. Those "camel hump" heads will fit any SBC with a 4.0" bore and larger.

No, but those heads are worth some money sell them and get a set of vortec (mid-90s heads) and intake that will fit the Vortec heads are way better than the old style heads.
