Plan to run 20-24 PSI depending time. I'm hoping to run mid 12's consistently and run high 11's on kill. Is this plausible?

Haha no doubt. I'm sure grumpy has been down the track more than that in one day. I've been down the track a total of 4 times. 12.0 once and 13.5 3 times. The 12.0 was in the TTA and 13.5 was in dads car...

With a PT-51, PTE FMIC, MSD 50's at 18psi, I went 12.71 completely un-tuned. Scanmaster showed 850's . That was with a 1.85 and the car quit pulling at 4500 because of valve springs.
I only got 1 pass in and it started pouring rain. That was the only pass I made with that combo.

You should do fine.
