Yes if you are using a hard MAF tube OR have a bracket to support the MAF.

Here is a MAF Bracket you can make that Bolts to the Airbox mount:

i'm talking about with the stock hosing and MAF...just until i buy a big mouth
 
Yeah, mine went right on the stock MAF. Easiest five minutes of my life. But you have to get rid of the airbox of course.
 
3" opening filter will NOT work with the Big Mouth cold air kit, I use a 4" opening filter with it. No sense in buying a filter you can't use later.

That little sensor can just lay there on the inner fender (or use the sensors harness for boost sensing for turbolink)

If the Temp Sensor did anything other that tell you if you CAI is working or not, I'd say mount it in the tube. But it doesn't.
