87 t-type rear diff

So my car finally made it out of storage and I decided to check the brakes while I put my nicer rims on and found the inside all wet, 80/90w. So I figured I would replace the axel seal. In taking everything apart I found my carrier is junk. So now I need to figure out what I should do or what I should replace it with. I am all ears. Posi vs non. Keeping it stock as my car is a we4 or what I should do. Thanks for your help guys.

Get an Eaton posi and upgrade to 30 spline. 30 spline isn't stock but it should keep you from breaking an axle unless you take it to a strip and launch really hard.;)
Would you recommend a Eaton over a Detroit Locker for a low 10 car?
