Can someone tell me what tps value is supposed to be at idle, how to check mixture control solenoid dwell, and where the adjustment screws should be? I plugged off all the vacuum ports except the brake booster and replaced the 02 and it runs much better. No more popping out the carb. Seems to run slightly rough at idle and every once in a while will die but it's a completely different car compared to two months ago.

Tps close to 0.50 volts. You will need an old rpm/dwell meter. You will also need special tool to adjust m/c solenoid dwell (Thexton makes these).Connect 1 lead to bright green connector on engine (can not recall exact location, may be close to thermostat near front of engine) using 6 cylinder scale, engine rpm 1800-2000 rpm I'm thinking around 20-25 degrees (needle should be sweeping between these numbers) I assume you're talking about air/fuel mixture screws, adjust for smoothest idle.
