235/70/15??

Anyone ever tried to run a 235/70/15 on rear of a GN? Wondering how they fit or if they will work at all.

I don't have any personal experience with running them but they should be ok to use if you got a good deal or already have them.

Here are some specs on that size in a BFG brand.

I'd say the most common aftermarket tire is the 275/60/15 which is about 28" just like the 235/70 so it will fit. The real questions is why so skinny in the tread/section width if the 275 will fit no problem?

Though I have it mounted on a 10" wide rim with a 4.5 B.S., what matters is that 4.9" is going inward towards the frame from the mounting point. That means a 15x8 with the 275 would need a B.S. of 3.5" to match that without rubbing.
