Stay as far away from Bosch sensors as you can, they're horribly inconsistent and untrustworthy.
Personally, I run a Delco heated sensor (AFS 74) I can usually get through a whole season (leaded race gas) with one before it starts going "south". You'll want to think about a heated sensor if there's any leaded fuel in the car's future.
A lot of people love the Denso's, but I've seen their outputs also. I'd rank them right up there with the Bosch units for consistency, etc.
The unheated Delco will be fine if you always run unleaded.
When I get rich and famous, I'll switch to a wideband.
