I did disconnect it from the ECM data wire and connected it to the PL connection unit. The PL connection unit is wired to the PL with the cord. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I did the two suggestions provided. Same result. I even put the old chip back in and it worked fine. Powerlogger still works too. Any other thoughts?
