Are you looking for on-center or off center ? TA had a short block and unfinished heads forsale .block was off center, I might be looking for a new on-center Ta block myself soon, Their website says sometime in june they will have more blocks ..
what I've heard
I was told by a couple of people,that on the buick motor the gear drive beats its self to death, I just think the roller chain is simpler and cheaper in the long run.
Any of you guys come across cast aluminium oilpans in good shape, they were used on indycars and indylites, I got one from one of you guys a couple of years ago, and it was in perfect condition... give me a pm....thanks Rich

I thought you would want more stroke .Are you sure its a 3.060 crank ? Most of the dudes on this site go for 272-274 cubic inches for a 3600 lb car. Just my two cents worth.....Indyrich....:eek:
On my ongoing quest to drop more wieght from my beast. I have found a set of magnesium valve covers.:) What I want to know is did GM ever cast a stage 2 front cover in Magnesium? anybody know .......Thanks .......Richard

That guy njturbo is talking about is me. I dont think TA would waste all that time and money for *** nothing! The idea of losing 60-65 lbs in my open wheeler blows my mind. I think its worth a try!:) :)
