im thinking these heads are made for racing head service in memphis tn by a company out of australia. they are excellent heads, i have a buddy who built engines for nascar who swears by them. i would check RHS web site about them, hope it helps SS30

plastic media blast is the way to go if you are looking for something that wont profile the metal (scuff it up). soda blasting has come a long way but im still sceptical, it creates lots of dust unless it is sprayed wet. i blast with maxi-blast 12-16 urea (plastic) which is pretty standard...

thanks guys! i had a couple of vac problems. egr.... i took it out of the loop and straight ran the vacuum line and whoever rebuilt the engine had the vac to the turbo all screwed up. got that taken care of as well set the iac to 26 counts and the tps to .44 car runs much better but...
