Thanks everyone I appreciate the complements. Someone sent me an email asking about what I did for a gas tank (sorry I must have deleted the email -so I'm posting here) I went with a custom stainless unit from Ricks Hot Rods made for the 65 A-body with internal pump and the right baffels...

If it only happens under boost..... Could be an air leak. Mine had a similar issue last year that drove me nuts. Otto's Performance helped me figure out that the EGR was leaking under boost. Easy fix once you find the problem. (Thanks Otto) Rich

Just an FYI, when doing my hybrid, I worked with a company called Torque Tech who were very helpful and willing to sell me half of a 3" dual setup for a 65 A-body. With a bit of extra pipe where the CAT would be this bolted up very nicely and looks like an almost factory 3" single. I believe...

If you want somthing a little different - how about a sleeper sucker 65 turbo skylark? I truly love this car, but I may be letting her go. Baby # 3 is due any day now, and I hardly use the car as it is.... plenty more pics and details available if interested.. -Rich

Well as long as were handing out opinions, I am also a big fan of a real clean "it almost coulda been" stock look in the hybrid cars - If done well, it can turn more heads than an all out "bling" set up. -Rich
