So I'm in a big pot with this guy. The river card is out and he's contemplating his bet. I say, " whatever you bet... I'll probably call" he immediately say's, "all in" (about $475) and I muck my cards. He mucks his cards and rakes the pot. Then he says to the dealer something about verbal binding etc. He wanted me to pay him another $475. 
I thought he was nuts. He takes it to the highest level and now there's a phone call into the Nevada Gaming Control. The agent shows up and takes statements. Now I've seen everything.... They're going to investigate and send me the results in the mail within 30 days.
So can they actually say, "yeah, you need to send this guy $475" Do they have that authority???
