WTB cam for O/C S2..

After installing installing the 3.91's in the GTO tomorrow I'm done modding that car for good and am getting back into my GN! 11.3x cam only daily driver is quick enough.

I'm looking to buy a cam for it to get the ball rolling after 4+ years of it sitting collecting dust.:frown:

It's an O/C 274ci with S2 heads. Heads are from Richie Kibbler's car when he popped the motor and went to SBC. I think the flow fairly well . I have his top end minus the cam as that went back to Dan.

Turbo is a T-5 Y2K-88 1.08 A/R Shooting for 9.25 cr. 3.73 gear, TH-400

The cam I have I think to be a tad small for these heads, 232/232 and right at 600 lift.

Or do you think this cam would be ok for 7500-7700 MAX.

The car will see some street use... when I wearing some depends.

Not looking to go 5.0's@140+ in the 1/8 or anything but proably some 8.80's or so TSO legal. Proably some 9's on pump&meth.

I have a 248/248 soild roller that has very few 50miles on it. I removed from a complete engine that I bought. Is setup for danny bee in front,also have springs and exhaust pushrods.
