Ideally, you'd want zero to negative 15 offset.

Positive 23 to 20 offset with an 8 inch wheel will work OK in front, especially with aftermarket brakes (like baer or junkyard B-body 12" brakes).

In back, they will likely rub the frame hard, even in a straight line with anything more than a 245 tire.
