window motor WTH?

Just installed pass side window motor last night. Paseenger switch works fine. Problem is the master switch for pass side is now running the window motor backwards. Up is down and vice versa. It worked right before the new motor. WTH?

Motor leads backwards and the passenger side switch installed upside down?

Just guessing here... what's been removed other than the motor lately for testing?
