eem to work

it needs somewhat of a steady state within the VE table in order for conditions to be met for learning to enable, no AE fuel and centered mostly in one cell

i dont use the auto learn much but norbs knows more about it than i do im sure he can explain it better

so this may be normal then...if thats true, thats cool just noticed it and wanted a answer...

You have to be in a cell for at least 1 second for learning to work so if the rpm/boost is moving to fast then it shuts off ,and if your moving the throttle this is not going to happen, or use a power adder mode and it is disabled, and you have to be in closed loop naturally. Also your number at 50% WOT might be a bit extreme you may want to tone it back to 25 or so.
